Purpose
工作任務(wù)：
Perform periodic equipment maintenance activities. This position will be highly involved in troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, programming and the installation of a variety of foundry equipment. ?This position will also supervise a maintenance crew to meet the department goals.
定期執行鑄造車(chē)間設備的維護，如故障診斷和處理、維修、維護、編程及各種設備的安裝，同時(shí)還領(lǐng)導一個(gè)維護小組，完成部門(mén)目標。
Principal Accountabilities
主要職責：
1. Will perform a variety of equipment activities in association with the other ?Technicians.
與 部門(mén)其他人員合作執行多種與設備相關(guān)的任務(wù)；
2. Program and troubleshoot Siemens PLC's and related devices to include Operator interfaces.
對西門(mén)子PLC及相關(guān)設備（包括操作界面）進(jìn)行編程和故障診斷處理；
3. Diagnose equipment ?malfunctions.
對鑄造設備故障進(jìn)行診斷；
4. Analyze and prioritize daily requests so as to insure effective completion of projects.
對日常工作進(jìn)行分析、設定優(yōu)先級，并按照優(yōu)先級要求執行，確保項目的有效完成；
5. Act as a liaison with various equipment manufacturers or other outside sources to resolve operational problems.
充當各種設備制造商和其他外來(lái)供應商的聯(lián)絡(luò )員，解決運行中的問(wèn)題；
6. Provide ?suggestions for equipment design of project components and help installation of project items and recommend engineering changes to correct and improve the operating capabilities of the plant.
為項目設備部件設備設計提供建議，協(xié)助項目設備的安裝，提出設備工程變更的推薦意見(jiàn)，糾正設備上存在的問(wèn)題，提高工廠(chǎng)的運行能力；
7. Provide supervision for maintenance crew including the delegation of work assignments and the enforcement of all departmental policies and procedures.
領(lǐng)導并監督維修小組的工作，包括任務(wù)安排和授權、部門(mén)政策和程序的執行等；
8. Implement maintenance work programs so as to reduce equipment failures and non-productive downtime.
執行設備維護計劃，降低設備故障率和停機時(shí)間；
9. Organise related technicians to analyse the previous malfunctions and make the actions to improve the equipment stability .
定期組織相關(guān)部門(mén)人員分析設備故障履歷，實(shí)施持續改進(jìn)措施保障設備穩定性；
10.Maintain accurate equipment history files, downtime records, preventive maintenance time schedules.
保存/維護精確的設備歷史檔案、停機記錄和預防性維護計劃；
11.Maintain and adhere to ISO standards, including but not limited to the Quality Policy Statement as well as the Quality Control Procedures Manual.
嚴格執行有關(guān)的ISO標準，包括但不限于質(zhì)量方針及質(zhì)量控制程序手冊等。
Position Qualifications
資質(zhì)要求：
1. Four year bachelor degree in electromechanical or related technology field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience including supervisory experience.
4年制本科機電專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)歷，相關(guān)領(lǐng)域至少5年以上工作經(jīng)驗，且有該領(lǐng)域管理經(jīng)驗；
2. Must be able to troubleshoot and assess the condition of equipment for mechanical and/or electrical repair and maintenance.
能夠對設備進(jìn)行故障診斷、評估和處理，以便進(jìn)行機械和/或電氣方面的維護維修；
3. Must be willing to work as day shift.
愿意上倒班。
4. should have heavy industry experience
有重工業(yè)行業(yè)方面的經(jīng)驗。
