Responsibilities:
- Set up and implement the HR&Admin policy and procedures in compliance with the Corporate policies and procedures
- Plans, directs and carries out policies relating to all phases of personnel activity.
- Oversee HR operation including recruiting, compensation and benefit, training and development, employment relation, performance management
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
- Conduct job analysis and job evaluation
Requirements:
- Min. 6 years at Senior HR managerial level
- Rich HR Management experience in a IT company
- Excellent knowledge in PRC Labor Ordinance and Modern HR concepts
- Excellent Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent managerial and communication skills
